Completion of the Frozen Dessert Business & Basics Class or practical experience in operating an ice cream business.

 

Day 1: Ingredient Analysis & Heat Treatement process 

  • Explore ingredient composition and analysis, understanding their roles in your recipes.
  • Master simple compensation techniques and get hands-on experience with a pasteurizer.
  • Learn the intricacies of ice cream mix preparation.
  • Hands-on preparing topping, Chocolate sauce and many other items 

Day 2: Production Techniques & Sorbet Creation

  • Dive into the production process and analyze recipes for optimal outcomes.
  • Understand the critical parameters for various frozen desserts.
  • Engage in crafting delightful sorbet fruit recipes.

Day 3: Sugars Analysis & Soft Serve Development

  • Explore sugars analysis and suitable substitutions for recipe enhancement.
  • Delve into reverse balancing techniques.
  • Hands-on session focused on soft-serve recipe development.

Day 4: Custom Recipe Crafting & Unique Sorbet Variations

  • Craft your unique recipes while

Day 5: Business Optimization & Dessert Variety
