Frozen yogurt continues to evolve as operators combine high-quality product, customization, and visually engaging presentations to attract today’s customers. In this live online workshop hosted by Frozen Dessert University and led by Susan Linton from the International Frozen Yogurt Association, participants will gain insight into the latest trends shaping the frozen yogurt market.

This interactive session will include demonstrations using Carpigiani’s 193 two-flavor plus twist machine and the 191 countertop unit, highlighting the differences between gravity and pump systems. Attendees will also see how specialty nozzle attachments can create eye-catching shapes and presentations that perform well in today’s social media–driven dessert concepts.

Throughout the workshop, Susan will share industry insights, market trends, and real-world success stories from frozen yogurt businesses, giving attendees a clearer understanding of how to build or refresh a frozen yogurt program that stands out.

Participants will leave with practical ideas for equipment selection, menu creativity, and ways to turn frozen yogurt into a profitable and engaging offering for their business.
