This interactive session will include demonstrations using Carpigiani’s 193 two-flavor plus twist machine and the 191 countertop unit, highlighting the differences between gravity and pump systems. Attendees will also see how specialty nozzle attachments can create eye-catching shapes and presentations that perform well in today’s social media–driven dessert concepts.
